ETCHED NAMEPLATES
Etched nameplate or photosensitive nameplates are recommended for extreme environments where exposure to weather conditions, extreme temperatures, acids, salt spray, fungi, sunlight, chemicals, solvents, fuels, lubricants, and abrasion is possible.
Images are chemically etched onto the surface of the substrate and can be covered with ink to enhance aesthetics and functional value. They are protected with a varnish that provides long-term performance and a durable appearance.
These plates are particularly suitable for low and high-volume applications where there are frequent changes between copies or in series, such as required for identification plates, barcodes, and consecutive numbering. They are especially suitable for the industrial sector, automotive industry, heavy industry, and inventory control.
