Screen printed labels

High-resolution UV printed labels are recommended for both indoor and outdoor use. They are suitable for weather conditions, exposure to grease, and abrasion. Images can be printed on the substrate using spot color or up to 5 direct inks or more. The use of UV varnish or lamination can extend the lifespan of the label. These labels are commonly used for brand labels, product feature labels, cautionary and informational labels, hang tags, ID badges, and inventory control purposes.

TECHINCAL INFORMATION

  • Material:                                    Vinyl, polyester, lexan, adhesive paper, Mylar, plastics, styrenes, PVC, trovicel, and reflective materials.

  • Durability:                                  UV inks with a lifespan of 3 to 5 years when exposed to outdoor conditions. UV varnish provides an additional 1 year of warranty to the ink.

  • Finish:                                       Glossy and matte lamination

  • Colors:                                      Pantone®, Federal Standard, custom colors, or color selection.

  • Options:                                    Available with partial cutting, full cutting, and cutting on wax paper.
